HOW to apply:

Mail the following materials to contact person by April 1, 2012
1. Common scholarship application form
(make sure to include community service or list separately.)
2. Two letters of recommendation
3. One page essay discussing Masonic Philanthropies
4. Unofficial transcript adequate

WHAT to do if you win:

Scholarship winner must provide contact person with proof of college/vocational registration on college letterhead before a check will be issued.
